We are seeking an Oracle Developer to join a collaborative application development team supporting customer-facing applications and programs. This is a hands-on development opportunity for someone with a foundation in Oracle PL/SQL who wants to broaden their experience across the full application development lifecycle.
The role will focus on developing PL/SQL business logic, stored procedures, packages and SQL, while also working with data processing, application integrations, and troubleshooting across the broader application environment.
This person will work closely with experienced Oracle architects, software engineers, and application team members to understand new features and business requirements, determine how changes impact existing applications and data workflows, and develop the Oracle components needed to support those solutions.
The ideal candidate does not need to be an architect or technical lead. We're looking for a hands-on developer with strong technical problem-solving skills who wants to expand beyond isolated database development and take greater ownership of application functionality over time.

Hands-on Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development experience.
Experience developing stored procedures, packages, functions, or similar database functionality.
Exposure to ETL, data processing, data transformation, or application integrations.
Understanding of how database development supports broader application functionality.
Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving ability.
Ability to investigate application and data issues beyond an individual piece of code.
Comfortable collaborating with architects, software developers, and application stakeholders.
Interest in expanding into broader application and feature ownership.
Computer Science or related degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
