YOUR MISSION

As an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant, you will design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle Cloud applications, primarily Oracle HCM Cloud. You will play a key role in delivering integration, reporting, and extension solutions while ensuring high-quality service delivery in both project and Application Management (AMS) contexts.

Implementation phase:


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Propose scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud best practices. Support solution architecture decisions in collaboration with functional consultants
• Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and file-based integrations
• Build and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and data extracts
• Develop extensions and customizations using Oracle PaaS services (Visual Builder, VBCS, etc.)
• Implement data migration and conversion using HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBDI, or other Oracle tools

Support and Maintenance:


• Application Management Services, assistance in managing the maintenance of the solution with our customers
• Manage corrective and enhancements tickets for the solution (bug fix, user support, enhancement’s configuration, delivery of patches and new versions)
• Carry out technical and application monitoring, train users
• Advise customers on application’s changes and their solution

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud platforms (HCM Cloud is a plus)
• Proficiency in:
o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
o Web services (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
o BI Publisher, OTBI
o Data loading tools (HDL)
• Familiarity with PaaS tools (VBCS, OCI services) is a plus
• Your level of English is fluent
