As an Oracle Cloud Tech Senior Associate you will support Oracle technology consulting work within our Business Application Consulting practice, helping clients optimize operations through configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle solutions. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor junior team members while working through changing priorities and multiple perspectives. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will contribute to installation, configuration, and support activities, interpret feedback to guide deliverables, and deepen your understanding of Oracle technologies and the business context that shapes client needs.

Responsibilities

• Managing Oracle Cloud technology workstreams across client engagement activities and configuring solutions that align with business application requirements
• Analyzing client needs and translating business processes into Oracle Cloud design, development, and support tasks
• Developing and maintaining Oracle Application Development Framework and Oracle Data Integration solutions for finance technology environments
• Creating reports and dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to support operational and financial decision-making
• Troubleshooting application issues, validating system behavior, and documenting resolutions for ongoing support
• Applying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure knowledge to support deployment, integration, and administration activities
• Using process improvement and process optimization methods to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
• Interpreting data, technical findings, and feedback to inform recommendations and next-step actions
• Building meaningful client relationships while anticipating needs and coordinating deliverables across assigned workstreams
• Guiding junior team members through task reviews, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day technical support

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or OCI domains
• Demonstrating Oracle Cloud Infrastructure skills across finance technology projects
• Analyzing complex concepts and translating them into delivery actions
• Interpreting data to inform insights and client recommendations
• Developing client relationships while anticipating team and client needs
• Embracing ambiguity and navigating changing business context
