As part of the 54,000+ Accenture Oracle skilled professionals in our global community, you will join the UK and Ireland Oracle business group team where we play a central role in working with some of the world’s most dynamic global companies, responsible for helping them address some of the top challenges faced today. • Leadworkstreams designingand deliveringOracleCloudRecruitmentsolutions forcross-industryorganisations,including government.

• Broadenyour ownleadership,application and consultingskills and career within a supportiveprofessional consulting environment.

• Collaborate as a key member of theUK Oracleteam.

• Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.

We are looking forthe followingexperienceandskills:

• Oracle CloudRecruitment

• Strong knowledge of OracleRecruitmentconfigurations, setups, and transactions

• Certified in Oracle CloudRecruitment

• Solid experience in implementingOracle CloudRecruitmentsolutions

• Experience of critical datarequiredfordata migration

• Strong knowledge of typicalintegrationtouchpoints,e.g.HCM

• Understandingrecruitmentprocesses andchallenges

• Great communicationand client-facing skills

• Understanding of Oracle Cloud’s AI capabilities and Agents

• An appreciation of the influence of user experience-based designe.g.Personas, user journeys and how this can be used to augment a solution

• Experience with functional data conversion,transformationand reconciliation

• An understanding of the functional, application and technical implementation approach elements of an Oracle Cloud ERPprogramme
