Grant Thornton’s Business Consulting group consists of Enterprise Applications, Technology, Finance, Operations, Deals and People focus areas. The Enterprise Applications (EA) Practiceis responsible foradvisory and project implementation services related to Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology in particular, and ERP/HCM applications advisory consultancy more generally.
You will undertake the role of lead consultant specialising in Oracle Cloud Procurement solution definition and implementation. Your activity for the EA Practice will include both pre-sales and post-sales assignments, with the latter in both advisory and project engagements, but with the focus on project delivery roles. Scope of engagements will include services spanning full ERP & HCM solutions, using Oracle Cloud SaaS products in the main, but extending to other parts of the Oracle Cloud footprint and other solutions and technologies where needed.
Within project engagements and sales activity, you will promote a strong working relationship and team spirit with both Grant Thornton colleagues and customer project teams. Additionally, outside specific opportunity and project activity, you will contribute particularly to solution and proposition development and business development.

Asa Procurement Lead Functional Consultantwithinour EnterpriseApplicationspractice, you will:
Within a delivery project you will lead theProcurementsolution definition and delivery (in collaboration with other senior sales and delivery leaders), able to use your knowledge of Oracle Procurement Cloud functionality to design specific client solutions, and to convince customers of the appropriateness of those solutions
You will be able to engage in the detail ofProcurementsolutions using your experience as aProcurementspecialist implementation consultant to both lead teams and deliver specialist activity where needed.
You will be able to take responsibility both for all functional aspects of an Oracle CloudProcurementimplementation, and to engage in technical discussions to support the project technical teams where needed.You will also be able to own the interaction with senior customer stakeholders, to understand their requirements and build relationships in which they buy into your solution vision.
You will be part of the Enterprise Applications Practice team, taking a key role in ERP solution teams (including both on shore andoff shoreconsultants) in the implementation of your ERP and particularly Procurement solutions.
You will work collaboratively with the EA practice leaders in defining solutions and with Project Managers, SolutionsArchitectsand implementation consultants in the delivery of customer projects.
The EA team is the leading enterprise solutions team within GrantThorntonand your success will be aligned to your ability to build an internal and external brand as an established leader for Oracle CloudProcurementsolutions.

Joiningus as a Procurement Lead,theminimumcriteriayou’llneedis
Relevant Oracle certification in Cloud Procurement, and multiple years’ experience in similar Consulting/Project roles, covering both successful project delivery and related sales/practice development activity.
Your experience will be as an Oracle Procurement Cloud implementation lead consultant individual contributor, with strong experience both in terms of solution design and hands on functional delivery.
Itwould be great if you had some of the following skills, butdon’tworryifyoudon’ttick every box,we’llhelp you develop along the way.
Wider Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM experience, with Certification and project implementation experience in multiple Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM modules
Experience of building lasting relationships with C Level and Senior Solution stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communications – and a demonstrabletrack recordof being able to use those skills to convince customersregardingyour solution vision as part of sales and delivery processes
Experience in Project Delivery roles encompassing project leadership and oversight alongside your individual contributor responsibilities
While much of our project work is conducted in a hybrid manner, willingness to travel to work on customer sites as needed, mostly in UK, but globally by exception, is important.
