Title: Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP Solution Architect

We're seeking a Solution Architect to lead a large-scale PeopleSoft Oracle Fusion transformation This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who can design future-ready enterprise solutions and drive strategic decision-making.

Location: Mostly Remote (20% travel)

What You'll Do:

Lead architecture design for Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP (Financials & Supply Chain)

Drive end-to-end transformation from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion

Define future-state architecture and enterprise data strategy

Establish data governance, lineage, and integration frameworks

Architect testing, release, and change management strategies

Facilitate workshops, present solutions, and influence stakeholders

Must-Have Skills:

6+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP transformations

Strong PeopleSoft Oracle Fusion migration experience

Expertise in ERP (Financials/Supply Chain) + HCM (HCM-only profiles not suitable)

Integration experience with MuleSoft, PL/SQL (OIC is a plus, not primary)

Strong data architecture & governance experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in consulting environments, leading workshops, and building scalable enterprise architectures
