Role: Oracle Cloud Finance RTR Senior Consultant​ Location: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Pune | Chennai Experience:3-5 Years Work Mode: Hybrid Type: Contract to Hire Shift time: 2:00-11:00 p.m. IST) Notice Period:Immediate Joiners Requirements Key Responsibilities Oracle Financial Cloud – Functional Responsibilities Lead functional activities across Oracle Financial Cloud modules. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Financial solutions. Conduct requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design. Configure Oracle Financial Cloud modules based on business requirements. Work with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and identify system improvements. Support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support. Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and solution documentation. Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and enhancements. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions. Techno-Functional Responsibilities Act as a bridge between business/functional teams and technical teams . Provide functional guidance for technical development and integration requirements. Understand integration architecture and data flow between Oracle Financial Cloud and external systems. Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration-related requirements. Review integration requirements, mappings, interfaces, and error-handling scenarios. Support technical teams in translating functional requirements into technical solutions. Provide inputs for technical design, integration specifications, and testing. Team Leadership Lead and guide a small team of 1–2 team members . Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Review team deliverables and provide functional guidance. Coordinate with project leadership and stakeholders on priorities, risks, and dependencies. Support team members in troubleshooting complex functional and technical issues. Ensure project activities are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Client-Facing Responsibilities As this is a client-facing role , strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential. Participate in regular client meetings and project calls. Clearly communicate project status, progress, risks, issues, and dependencies . Provide concise and structured updates during client calls. Understand client concerns and translate them into actionable technical/functional requirements. Work directly with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Manage expectations and ensure timely communication on deliverables. Prepare and present functional solutions, status reports, and project updates when required. Required Skills Primary Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Financial Cloud . Excellent functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Strong techno-functional understanding. Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support. Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience leading or mentoring a small team. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations and interfaces. Understanding of integration architecture, data mapping, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of VIP . Ability to work effectively with technical development teams. Good to Have: Experience with ATMS . Experience working on complex Oracle Cloud Financial integrations. Exposure to enterprise financial systems and third-party integrations.
