As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

As aSeniorManager,you'llwork as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to executionprimarily for our Oracle clientsin a variety of industries Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading the delivery of business led,technology-enabledOracle ERPtransformation programs, using agile design,developmentand implementation methodologies

• Contributingtoidentify,develop and winsignificantOracle ERP transformationprojects

• Defining,monitoringand delivering on project scope, schedule, and budget by understandingour client’sbusiness goals andobjectives

• Architecting complexOracleCloudsolutions,across multi-pillars, including Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM and EPM

• Contributing as a team leader by managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals, contributing to theirdevelopmentand helping them reach their potential via formal and informal coaching

• Leading and contributing to business development activities,writingand presenting of proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing the firm’sOraclemethodologiesand assets

• Managing 3rdparty and offshore resources

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

• 8+years ofprovenexperience in large-scaleOracleERPbusiness transformation andimplementationas a delivery leaderCompleted at least4Oracle ERP transformations for clientsin various industries, including multi-pillar implementations.

• In-depth understanding of theERP and businesschallengesfaced by clients,andprovenability to deliver innovativebusiness and technicalsolutionstomeet these challenges

• Experience in Government and otherPublic sectororganizationsis considered an asset

• Experienceas a delivery leader or solution architect forOracle Cloud cross-pillar engagements (ERP with HCM, or ERP withSCM)isa must

• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences,developingand coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

• Effective communication that appreciatesthe nuances between technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated experience communicating effectively to senior client stakeholders and executives.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, combined with quality mindset,to leadcomplex RFP responses for large Oracle Cloud engagements.

• Certification in Oracle Cloud applicationsor equivalent experience is highly desired.

• Thisrole willrequiresome travel

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major citycentres Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary isdeterminedby your skills, experience,qualificationsand work location.In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
