The Oracle - Business Analyst performs complex professional work involving business requirements analysis, project management, technology acquisition, implementation of new technologies, technical consultation, and the design and preparation of system integrations. The position requires the ability to develop creative, complex business solutions within potentially limited timeframes, while balancing organizational needs, technical considerations, and operational priorities.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $85,000 to $97,000
Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field, and at least two (2) years of experience managing projects and complex software applications including client service and web based applications.

Most of the work in this class is sedentary. In addition to having the visual acuity necessary to view computer screens and handwritten and typewritten materials, an employee must be able to speak and hear. Operating a computer requires some physical dexterity in the hands.
