Oracle Applications Solution Architect

• The Oracle Applications Solution Architect is a senior advisor responsible for translating client business requirements into practical Oracle Applications solutions and guiding the approach for consulting engagements
• This role works closely with sales, practice leaders, and delivery teams to support early client discussions, evaluate application needs, and recommend solution strategies across Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, Payroll, and related platforms
• The architect provides expertise on Oracle application capabilities, implementation approaches, and best practices to help clients modernize or optimize their enterprise systems
• A key responsibility is supporting engagement scoping and effort estimation, including defining high-level levels of effort, project phases, and resource assumptions based on Oracle Applications experience
• Strong consulting skills are essential, including the ability to analyze business processes, translate requirements into application solutions, and collaborate across sales and delivery teams

• Key skills include deep Oracle Applications knowledge, solution architecture, effort estimation, business process analysis, client advisory, and executive-level communication

• The Oracle Applications Solution Architect serves as a senior functional and technical advisor responsible for shaping and designing Oracle Applications solutions for enterprise clients
• This role supports the sales and delivery organizations by translating business requirements into practical Oracle application solutions, guiding implementation strategies, and helping define the scope and structure of consulting engagements
• The Solution Architect brings deep expertise in Oracle enterprise applications, including ERP, SCM, HCM, Payroll, and related Oracle solutions
• This individual works closely with sales, practice leadership,nd delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client objectives, industry best practices, and delivery capabilities

This role requires strong Oracle applications expertise, consulting experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams

• Translate business requirements into application-level solution designs and implementation approaches
• Provide guidance on system capabilities, configuration options, and best practices within the Oracle application ecosystem
• Evaluate existing client environments and recommend improvements, upgrades, or modernization
