Schedule This position is a full-time (40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE), rotating role that requires weekend and holiday work. The orientation schedule is 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Following a three-month orientation, the permanent schedule will be Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM This position will be required to rotate to cover different shifts/days, all pavilions, and the NM River North Surgery Center to support staffing needs. On-Call Requirement: Minimum of every 4-6 weeks, weeklong call; dependent on staffing. Coverage includes weekdays (11:30 PM–7:00 AM) and 24 hours on weekends/holidays with a 60-minute response time. Call assignments may adjust based on staffing.

Performs radiologic procedures under the medical direction of an attending radiologist to generate information necessary for the diagnosis and subsequent treatment of inpatients and/or outpatients. Services are provided in accordance with industry standards, department protocols, and hospital policies and procedures.
In addition to performing all of the duties of a Staff Radiographer, a OR Radiographer performs all OR/Surgical related radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging procedures, operates all surgery equipment including but not limited to portables, C-Arms and Vascular rooms, performs and supports Lithotripsy surgical procedures as needed, and takes on specified additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager and Resource Coordinator.
