The OR Attendant reports to the Perioperative Manager. This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of duties including; assisting with transport of patients independently transporting patients, assisting with positioning of patients, monitoring equipment and supply par levels, restocking, cleaning and set-up of patient bays and retrieval of beds.<br><br>

Sign On Bonus Amounts:
East ORs: $2,000 for full time
Eligibility Guidelines & Payout Terms: - $2,000 sign on bonus for OR Attendants
• New hire to BILH system or a previous employee who left in good standing and returning to BILH after 1 year
• Bonus to be paid out in 2 installments as long as employee is within good standing:
$1,000---30 days after starting
$1,000—6 months after starting

•Full time status at BIDMC is considered for schedules greater than or equal to 30 hours per week; part time status is 20 to 29 hours per week. Please note, per diem employees are not eligible for sign on bonuses.

Pay Range:
$20.50 - $27.59
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
