• Competitive salary: $130,000–$145,000 per year with bonus potential (not tied to sales)

Optometrists will provide full-scope primary eye care, supported by a dedicated, friendly team. This role allows them to focus on what they do best: delivering excellent, personalized patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct expert eye exams and provide high-quality, compassionate care
• Educate and empower patients about eye health and preventative care
• Foster a positive, patient-first culture within the practice
• Practice at their preferred level of expertise, whether in contact lenses, myopia management, or ocular disease
• Expand professional skills with opportunities for growth and development

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice optometry in the relevant state
