Specsavers have a fantastic opportunity for an Optometrist looking to accelerate their career by owning and working within our Kingaroy store, in QLD.

Kingaroy, famously known as the Peanut Capital of Australia, is a thriving agricultural town located in the South Burnett region of Queensland, approximately 210km north‑west of Brisbane. This relaxed country community has grown into a key hub for the region’s rapidly expanding wine industry, with several well‑regarded wineries situated in and around the town. The town also boasts a vibrant sporting, cultural, and social scene, featuring an art gallery and a range of picturesque parklands that add to its welcoming charm. As the commercial heart of the South Burnett, Kingaroy offers strong local services and affordable living, making it an increasingly attractive place to live and work.

Specsavers Kingaroy is conveniently located in the Kingaroy Mall, home to 38 specialty stores including Woolworths, Big W, and Best & Less. The store itself is 128sqm in size with 2 optical test rooms, a dedicated Audiology room, 5 dispense points, 1000+ frames on display, and state of the art equipment including OCT.  

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced optometrist who understands what it takes to lead and motivate a team. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care and customer service. This store demographic would offer the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to experience a variety of pathology and make a positive impact in their local community.
