• Services delivered in store: This busy city-centre store offers a range of NHS and private optical services, supported by Optomap technology and an integrated Boots Hearingcare service in store. Newly qualified Optometrists are encouraged to apply.
• Team structure: You will join a close-knit, welcoming and experienced team consisting of 2 Resident Optometrists, 1 Assistant Store Manager/Dispensing Optician, 5 Optical Consultants - a growing team focused on delivering outstanding patient care. The store has 3 testing rooms with 25-minute testing times, allowing you to provide a high standard of clinical care.

Serving a mixed demographic patient base, the store offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive environment. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the M6 and a 5-minute walk from Carlisle train station, the store is easily accessible, with parking available nearby for approximately £3.60 per day.
