If you’re an Optometrist who wants  clinical freedom, modern tech, and a genuinely supportive independent team, this is a stand-out opportunity in Northampton.This is a large, long-established independent practice with multiple consulting rooms, top-tier equipment in every room, and a strong, loyal patient base. They’re now looking for a GOC-registered Optometrist with solid experience, great patient rapport and a love for delivering outstanding clinical care.If you’re tired of conveyor-belt testing or want a role where your work matters, this is your sign.

  • Up to £65,000 basic depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus on top
  • State-of-the-art equipment in every room
  • 3–5 consulting rooms running + 23 staff on site
  • 3 Saturdays out of 4 — but Saturdays finish at 2:30pm
  • Closed every Sunday + all bank holidays
  • OCT & OPTOMAP 
  • A stable rota with a weekday off when working Saturdays
  • Brilliant clinical environment with a strong, supportive team
  • Full right to work required (no sponsorship available)

  • GOC-registered Optometrist
  • Minimum 2 years practising experience
  • Reliable, caring, clinically driven
  • Comfortable in a busy independent setting

  • UK-based with full right to work
