Position Highlights:

• Full-scope primary eye care with an emphasis on comprehensive exams and ocular disease management
• Flexible scheduling: Choose 4, 5, or 6 days per week based on your goals
• Typical patient volume: 6–15 exams per day (2–3 per hour)
• Enjoy the freedom to focus on patient care – no retail sales expectations
• Supported by trained clinical staff for efficient patient flow
• Modern diagnostic and imaging technology (including Optos Monaco)
• Full orientation and training for new grads or doctors unfamiliar with equipment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $165,000/year (5 days) or $200,000/year (6 days)
• Production bonus
• Up to $200,000 in direct student loan repayment over 3 years ($66,667/year)
• Estimated total annual compensation: $235,000–$266,667 with bonus/loan repayment
• Company 401(k) with 3% match
• 10 days PTO annually
• Health & dental insurance options for doctor and family
• Paid optometry license and malpractice insurance
• $500 annual CE allowance
• Relocation assistance negotiable
