Join us at Riverland Community Health (formally United Family Medicine), where we're dedicated to nurturing, healing, and empowering our community, just like the rivers nourish and strengthen the land we call home. Just as the Minnesota River flows into the Mississippi, doubling its strength, our clinic stands at the heart of this junction, symbolizing the vital connections that make us stronger and healthier. Located on land rich in historical and spiritual significance, we're inspired by the deep roots of the Mdewakanton Dakota at Bdote Minisota. Here, we're not just providers; we're connectors, bridging the gap between healthcare resources and those in need. Our comprehensive and accessible healthcare services are like tributaries supporting the health of a river system, nurturing our community and empowering individuals to lead healthier lives.
