Resident Optometrist – 3 days per week
📍 East Sussex | £60,000 FTE (negotiable for the right candidate)
Pople & Broad are looking for a passionate Resident Optometrist to join our friendly and experienced team in beautiful East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with modern equipment and a clear pathway for career progression — including the potential for Joint Venture Partnership (JVP) for the right candidate after settling into the business.
What we offer:
Flexible working: 3 days per week (including alternate Saturdays)
Designated parking space for the Optometrist
A strong, supportive team – our Practice Manager is also a Director. There is an experienced Dispensing Optician, supported by an Optical Assistant
Cutting-edge technology OCT, Optomap, and premium product range
Excellent clinical support – A private ophthalmology clinic from the practice
Competitive salary: £60,000 FTE (with flexibility for outstanding candidates)

GOC registered
