Job Description: • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health. • Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs. • Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility. • Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment. Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive base salary • Performance-based bonus structure tied to collections • Signing Bonus: A $10,000 signing bonus is available (tied to a 1-year commitment). • Optional 3% optical sales bonus for revenue generated by the OD • Benefits Package: Valued at approximately $15,600, including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation and CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, and full coverage for malpractice, licensure fees, and AOA dues. Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Minimal shared call coverage and occasional weekend call • Enjoy a work-life balance with no weekend hours and flexible scheduling • Full-time (4-5 days/week) preferred, but part-time options are available Requirements: • Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining • Willingness to practice full-scope optometry How to Apply: Apply today and become part of this growing family of eye care professionals.
