Optimization Delivery Lead (APAC & EMEA)

The Optimization Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the execution of Cushman & Wakefield’s optimization agenda across APAC and EMEA. Sitting within the Central Operations team and reporting to the Director – Operations, Strategy & Growth, this role will lead operational assessments, process diagnostics, process workshops and transition delivery activities across multiple functions and countries.

This role is execution focused and will act as a central driver of optimization initiatives – translating strategic priorities into structured operational plans with measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will facilitate workshops with business leaders, map current state processes, identify opportunities for centralization, automation and process redesign and support the delivery of transition initiatives into Shared Service Centers (SSCs).

Working closely with regional business leaders and cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, Technology and Operations, the Optimization Delivery Lead will build and validate business cases, drive stakeholder alignment, coordinate transition activities and support ongoing benefits realization.

This is a high impact role requiring strong operational problem solving, structured thinking, stakeholder maturity and the ability to operate effectively across complex, multi-country environments. The ideal candidate will combine analytical capabilities with hands-on delivery execution and be comfortable working in ambiguity while driving outcomes at pace.

Given the nature of our agenda, this role will regularly work with highly sensitive information. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong professional judgment, discretion and the ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality across complex stakeholder environments.
