Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage onsite technical service activities, including troubleshooting and supporting new project launches.
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and PPG, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Coordinate closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure the successful execution of new projects.
• Drive business growth and ensure long-term sustainability of service operations.
• Provide support across various industrial areas in Vietnam as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of technical service experience in coatings, with hands-on expertise in either Pre-treatment, E-coat, or Topcoat.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the automotive or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to coatings applications.

Working location: Vinfast Hai Phong for 70% of the time, and at other customer sites in Northern Vietnam for 30% of the time
