We are seeking an experienced Optician to conduct refraction and vision assessments, recommend suitable optical solutions, maintain accurate patient records, and provide professional guidance to ensure a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct eye examinations to identify vision conditions, including refractive errors and color vision deficiencies.
• Perform accurate refraction and assess patients' vision requirements.
• Recommend suitable optical solutions based on individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients on appropriate eye care and vision health practices.
• Provide clear guidance on optical solutions and related eye care requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Address patient inquiries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain professional standards and follow relevant clinical and organizational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in refraction.
• Professional qualification in Opticianry or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service-oriented approach with good analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Professional and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical and customer-facing environment.
