🎯 Your Role:
As the Optical Systems IT Specialist, you’ll ensure that all IT systems within the optical lab run smoothly and efficiently, playing a vital role in production continuity, data accuracy, and process innovation. 🏭💻
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ IT Systems & Support: Maintain and troubleshoot optical manufacturing software, ensuring seamless operation and quick issue resolution.
✅ Data Management & Reporting: Oversee data collection, storage, and analysis, maintaining accurate databases and driving efficiency improvements. 
✅ Training & Documentation: Train staff and develop easy-to-use guides and FAQs for IT systems and software. 
✅ Process Optimisation: Identify and implement automation and cost-saving opportunities to streamline workflows.  ✅ Security & Compliance: Safeguard data security, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. 
🌟 What You'll Bring:
🎯 5+ years experience in IT support within a manufacturing or production environment.
🎯 Hands-on experience with optical lens manufacturing software (e.g., rxOffice, LMS, Optocalc, Lensware). 🏭
🎯 Strong SQL database management skills and proficiency in Telerik reporting & MS Excel. 📈💾
🎯 Deep understanding of automated manufacturing processes and their integration with IT. ⚙️🤖
🎯 Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system optimization. 🛠️
🎯 Strong communication and training abilities, ensuring staff are empowered with IT knowledge. 📣👨‍🏫
