As an Optical & SerDes Validation Engineer in the SerDes Technology team, you will collaborate with various Product Development Groups, Silicon Design, DFT, Packaging, and interface with key technology partners. This individual serves as a critical technical point of contact to ensure best-practices and new test concepts are architected, developed, and driven throughout the organization. This position focuses primarily on developing characterization and validation test solutions for optical links (co-packaged optics, optical interconnects) with additional exposure to electrical SerDes validation. You will be part of a larger team that defines test solutions from concept, development, to production deployment.
If you have a keen interest in the latest optical link validation and characterization methodology, excel in teamwork and possess strong communication skills, your profile aligns well with our requirements. We are seeking a highly motivated individual skilled in optimizing high-speed optical link performance and capable of identifying and addressing issues within a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with electrical SerDes validation is a valuable complement to this
role.
