Job Purpose & Background

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual contributor to join our team as Business Systems & Application Analysis .This critical role involves leading the parameterization and control parameter changes for our business systems, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with strategic objectives. You will act as a pivotal link between our business and technology units, driving the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level application systems analysis and overseeing / perform all parameter maintenance activities crucial for our UAE Wealth business. Key Responsibilities

• Describe the main activities the jobholder will perform
• Analyze and maintain Business Parameters for UAE Wealth business in order to optimize the maintenance process and standardize products.
• Appropriately assess business risk when parameter maintenances are executed and, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Participates in a large project in an international environment, gain knowledge of the business systems. Close cooperation with the business and technology units;
• Knowledge with Rainbow banking related modules to become a system parameter maker / checker
• Knowledge in development of tools used in performing systems maintenance (EUCs/RPA);
• Supports initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product roll-out into production.
• Tracks non-conformance items and ensures items are resolved before project moves to production.
• Exhibits good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical area and a basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
• Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.
• Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical way; recognizes audience diversity.
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Awareness of the retail banking systems, especially UAE wealth business
• Expertise in servicing retail products
• 2-5 years Quality Assurance experience preferred.
• Understanding of QA within Software Development environment.
• Participation in a large project in an international environment; gain knowledge of the business systems. Close cooperation with the business and technology units;
• Exposure and possibility to learn all Banking, Cards and Wealth Management modules
• Evidence of Robust Control Focus
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and Verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
