OPS Special Project


Classification Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent and six months of clerical or customer-service experience.


Job Description:

Data Entry – Compiles financial and business information and inputs data into databases and spreadsheets. Checks data from completed forms or other documents for completeness and enters into a database or spreadsheet. Enter information into the database for Capacity funds.

Administrative Support – Assist with scheduling meetings and relaying information to units and stakeholders. Load provided information into TEAMS shared spaces. Distribute reports or other materials provided to units. Take attendance at meetings and log unit completion of assignments and requests in a central spreadsheet.

Reporting Support - Assist with compiling, arranging, and reporting information for reports and documents.

Other duties as assigned.


Expected Salary:

$16/hour


Required Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent and six months of clerical or customer-service experience.


Preferred:

Ability to use programs/software such as Microsoft TEAMS, Word and Excel.

Ability to learn new technology for data entry specifically Smartsheets.

Attention to detail.
