Eaton’s ES AMER HQ division is currently seeking a Ops & SCM Finance Senior Analyst.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you’ll do:

The SCM/Ops Pillar is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This position can be remote or in Moon Township, PA.

Any candidates residing within 50 miles of Eaton's Moon Township, PA facility, will be on a hybrid schedule, reporting to the site on a weekly basis.



Position Overview: This position will assist the PCS Finance Manager in preparing and analyzing financial data related to Profit Plan, Strategic Plan, Forecasts, and Actual results that support the business objectives. A critical element of this position is to be a key partner with Operations/Supply Chain leadership to drive savings, growth, and maximize cash flow. - Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate impact on planned objectives and productivity
- Serve as a financial business partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership
- Support key stakeholders to drive cost saving opportunities
- Provide insights and guidance on Economics, Inventory Performance, Capital Spending and other key operational metrics
- Support operational initiatives as necessary and work with business leaders in matters of special analysis and projects
- Have a digital mindset to help improve processes and support key initiatives
- Key financial resource supporting US distribution center network including financial and long-term strategy

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional work experience in progressive roles in finance or accounting
  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environment.
  • All candidates must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now AND in the future.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA - CPA - MS Office Applications, strong focus with Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with Internal and/or external audits
  • System skills: Oracle financials, Oracle Planning, Vista/MAPICS/AS400/SAP/Power BI

Skills:


- Experience in SOX financials controls, forecast planning and forecast
- Understanding of GAAP
- Ability to think strategically and see big picture in dynamic business environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team; to communicate articulately, confidently, and professionally across many levels’ organization levels and functions
- Highly motivated, works with a sense of urgency, driven to add value and deliver results
- Attentive to detail, personally committed to work quality and able to learn from mistakes
