OPS Research Lab Assistant

Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Health related research experience. Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in human research study experiments, including equipment setup, maintenance, participant interviews, respiratory/speech/mobility assessments, and overall experimental session leadership.
  • Assist with data extraction and data entry after each participant.
  • Assist clinical research coordinator with data and equipment maintenance/inventory, scheduling experimental sessions, and participant payments.
  • Participate in laboratory meetings, assist lab members and principal investigators with research updates and reports.

Expected Salary:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour; commensurate with education and experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred: Health related research experience. Experience in research lab, preferably human research lab. Experience with respiratory-related research, experience with REDCap, PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Willing to work flexible hours as needed for human research study scheduling.
