This is an in-office, full-time position only

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Ensures accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across multiple platforms.

  • Conducts routine and ad‑hoc reviews to verify that all data entered across program databases aligns with established guidelines and documentation standards.
  • Identifies data discrepancies, trends, or gaps and proactively executes corrective actions.
  • Ensures alignment between pharmacy data systems, client services systems, and reporting platforms to support seamless program operations.

Implements and monitors data integrity processes, including validation checks, quality audits, and corrective measures.

  • Develops and maintains data validation tools, audit checklists, and standardized data review workflows.
  • Performs systematic quality audits to ensure program data supports compliance, operational, and reporting requirements.
  • Documents and tracks errors, corrective actions, and quality improvements, ensuring accountability and continuous system optimization.
  • Partners with relevant teams to correct root‑cause issues and strengthens processes to prevent reoccurrence.

Supports quality management initiatives and participates as a standing member of the CQM Committee.

  • Contributes to quality improvement discussions, presenting data findings, trends, and integrity concerns for collaborative evaluation.
  • Assists in implementing quality‑focused action plans related to data accuracy, workflows, and reporting.
  • Works with the Quality and Operations team to ensure data processes support program performance measures and client service outcomes.

Provides data for required reporting, audits, and performance monitoring.

  • Coordinates the timely gathering, cleaning, and preparation of datasets for internal leadership reviews, state and federal reporting, and program audits.
  • Ensures all submitted datasets are validated, clearly documented, and compliant with reporting standards.
  • Responds to audit requests by preparing supporting documentation, correcting findings, and strengthening data-related controls.
  • Develops summary reports and dashboards to support program performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic data entry skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to review information for accuracy and completeness

• Fundamental understanding of spreadsheets or database systems

• Ability to follow data standards, procedures, and documentation guidelines

• Basic problem-solving skills for identifying and correcting errors

• Ability to organize and track information across multiple tasks

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort working with multiple teams and responding to data requests

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and data tools

Qualifications:

Minimum –

Experience with Data Integrity

Experience with Data systems

Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners for resolutions

Preferred –

AA Degree or higher

1 – 3 years' experience
