Overall Role Purpose

To strengthen internal communication and employee engagement across the Operations function .This role will ensure timely and consistent communication through multiple channels (email, Facebook, digital boards, newsletters, and announcements), coordinate employee recognition programs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Organise meetings or conferences when held locally, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge.
• Assist the Vice President, Operations in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings. Prepares slides for presentation, which requires some individual judgement and creativity.
• Manage Vice President, Operations’s office in his absence, and ensures all matters requiring the Vice President, Operations’s attention are redirected with discretion and attended to meticulously.
• Any other Operations-related duties and tasks assigned by the VP, Operations.
• Plays key role in organization and/or coordination of other key or large-scale Operations or company events e.g. Courier Appreciation, OPS engagement Activities, OPS GO Help and enhance employee awareness, motivation, and engagement
• Assist the other Operations SMT where necessary
• Travel and accommodation arrangements for participants, liaison with relevant hotels and overseeing various logistics arrangements.
• Provide centralized coordination for management reporting, administrative support, and cross-functional activities
• Coordinate with other departments’ coordinators to ensure that administrative office information and procedures are updated and complied with efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in any field
• 2 - 4 years experience in an administrative and support role
• Good command of English (Both of Written & Spoken)
• Proficiency in Thai is highly desirable
• Time management, and communications skills
