Ops AnalystCountry: Denmark

Location: All Nordic locations
Function: Operations | Full time

We are strengthening our Ops Data & Analytics team and are looking for an Ops Analyst who wants to work with data beyond traditional reporting — building scalable solutions that support decision-making across Operations.

You will join a Nordic team supporting one of the bank’s largest functions, working with complex, high-volume data across customer journeys and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain data pipelines and structured datasets
  • Develop and optimize Power BI reports and semantic models
  • Analyze data using SQL and Python to support business decisions
  • Drive automation and standardization of reporting
  • Ensure data quality, documentation and consistent KPI definitions
  • Enable self-service reporting for stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into scalable data solutions
  • Collaborate with Operations, Data Management and IT

Your profile

  • 0–5 years of experience within Data & Analytics / BI
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL; exposure to Python and data modeling is a plus
  • Strong analytical and structured mindset
  • Comfortable working with complex datasets
  • Curious, proactive and motivated to develop technical skills
  • Able to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders
