and Responsibilities:
This is a professional and diversified administrative position providing direct support and assistance to the Florida Digital Service’s Office of Operations and Program Oversight team. The primary objectives of this role are to collaborate with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (HSMV), Florida Digital Service staff, and contractors regarding CJIS compliance. This position will also assist in monitoring multiple email inboxes and tracking requests/resolutions. Initiative and independent judgment are necessary to be successful. The position is responsible for handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• 5 % Develops and documents processes for ensuring Florida Digital Service contractors and staff are CJIS compliant.
• 55 % Monitors CJIS compliance for all contractors and staff.
• 25% Manages and maintains multiple inboxes for the Florida Digital Service’s Office of Operations and Program Oversight team, schedules meetings, reserves meeting rooms and ensures timely communication of changes in meeting time or location. Responds to all emails and/or calls within one business day. Proficient in the operation of office equipment; maintains a central filing system in SharePoint to support assigned functions, duties, and responsibilities using effective organizational and filing methods to ensure seamless coverage when out of the office.
• 10 % Maintains a working knowledge of current established policies, procedures, and directives necessary to accomplish assignments and responsibilities and provides guidance to staff, contractors, and other agencies regarding CJIS compliance.
• 5 % Other duties and special assignments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Two years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.

Criminal background investigation including fingerprinting and statewide and national criminal history records check per Section 110.1127 Florida Statutes, Chapter 435 Florida Statutes and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s CJIS Security Policy CJISD-ITS-DOC-08140.
Pursuant to F.S. 215.422 every officer or employee who is responsible for the approval or processing of vendors’ invoices or distribution of warrants to vendors are mandated to process, resolve and comply as section 215.422 requires.
This position requires sedentary work with repetitive motion.
