The On-Site Construction Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution
of wind energy construction projects. This position serves as the administrative hub for project
operations, ensuring accurate timekeeping, workforce tracking, travel coordination, documentation
management, training compliance, and reporting. The On-Site Construction Administrator partners
closely with site leadership, Human Resources, Payroll, and ?eld personnel to help maintain
efficient project operations and support TAKKION's mission of Moving Energy Forward.

and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Construction Support
• Maintain project documentation, site plans, electrical collection cable layouts, access road
drawings, and other engineering documentation.
• Assist site leadership with pre-construction administrative activities and project setup
requirements.
• Ensure project records are organized and readily accessible.
Communication & Coordination
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with site leadership and project teams.
• Participate in Plan of the Day (POD) and End of the Day (EOD) meetings as required.
• Attend assigned Microsoft Teams meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
• Communicate project updates, workforce information, and administrative needs
effectively.
Timecard Administration & Cost Center Management
• Process weekly employee timecards accurately and submit them to Payroll within
established deadlines.
• Verify employee work hours, per diem eligibility, meal reimbursements, and task coding.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve timecard discrepancies and corrections.
• Review new hire reports and ensure employees are assigned to the appropriate cost
centers.
Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare and distribute weekly manpower and labor hour reports.
• Maintain accountability records for office equipment and site assets.
• Upload and manage project documentation within Procore.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting documentation.
Workforce & Compliance Tracking
• Update construction activity trackers daily.
• Monitor and track employee training compliance through LMS and Power BI reporting.
• Track DTC, SWI, and other required certi-cations and training.
• Maintain manpower, labor hour, and workforce reporting tools.
• Track Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) requirements when applicable to project
scope.
Travel & Scheduling Support
• Coordinate travel arrangements using approved company platforms.
• Assist with scheduling employee training, certi-cations, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate drug screening appointments for new hires as needed.
• Support employee rotation scheduling and workforce logistics.
Site Administration & Team Support
• Assist with on-site new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
• Provide support to employees and supervisors regarding company software applications and
systems.
• Direct employees to appropriate departments for HR, Payroll, Bene-ts, Safety, or
Operations-related questions.
• Support site teams with supply runs, mail distribution, and other administrative needs.

Quali-cations Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of administrative, construction administration, project coordination, or related
experience.
• Strong pro-ciency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and
Teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting construction, renewable energy, industrial, or ?eld service
projects.
• Experience with Procore, Power BI, D365, or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of payroll processing, workforce tracking, and cost center management.
Experience supporting multi-site or remote project teams.
