Labcorp recherche un(e) Opérateur(trice) Réception et Enregistrement pour rejoindre l’équipe Laboratory Pre-analytical Services de Genève.

Planning de travail

Contrat de 12 mois.

Semaine du lundi-vendredi ou mardi-samedi.

Responsabilités

  • Recevoir des envois des différents coursiers et effectuer toutes les tâches connexes.
  • Résoudre les envois mal routés et effectuer toutes les tâches connexes.
  • Ouvrir et nettoyer les envois entrants.
  • Assurer le control de qualité du matériel jeté pour éviter toute défaillance et le signaler à la direction au besoin.
  • Maintenir la température des échantillons dans l’état de réception.
  • Numériser les documents dans la base de données.
  • Archiver électroniquement les documents à l’aide du système de gestion des documents.
  • Effectuer des tâches dans la zone Aliquotting. Entretien et nettoyage de l’instrument, le cas échéant, ainsi que des aliquots manuels et des tâches connexes.
  • Trier les échantillons d’essai selon les procédures (trieur manuel/automatique, le cas échéant).
  • Trier les spécimens pour le stockage et les reconnaître dans le système avec la fonction de pré-analyse.
  • S’assurer que les kits sont traités à temps et que les échantillons sont livrés à temps aux départements concernés.

Qualifications requises

  • 1 année d’expérience professionnelle.

Qualifications appréciées

  • Etre titulaire d’un diplôme CFC.

Attentes supplémentaires liées au poste

  • Niveau d’anglais intermédiaire
  • Effectuer les différentes taches du département avec précision et méthode tout en gardant une certaine cadence.
