About the Opportunity

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key leadership role within our stores, supporting daily operations, team development, and exceptional customer experiences. This position oversees multiple departments and collaborates with store leadership to drive financial results, maintain safety standards, and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The role offers a competitive salary with eligibility for annual bonus incentives.

• Lead day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and engaging shopping experience.
• Ensure departments are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Drive sales performance by implementing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and ongoing training.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular counts, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Promote and enforce safety standards to ensure a safe shopping and working environment.
• Collaborate with other leaders to support operations, merchandising, and communication.
• Use retail systems such as Microsoft Office, Kronos, and D365 to support scheduling, inventory, and operations.

• Minimum 5+ years in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Comfort using technology and retail systems.
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• Flexibility to work a variable retail schedule.
• Bilingual (FR/EN)
