-Consultancy (self employed) Valuation Surveyor - Secured lending, residential and commercial - 50/50 split, PI Provided - earnings up to approx. £200,000 dependent on variables
-Trading Valuation Surveyors X6 - £65 - 130,000 plus bonus - London and home counties
-Commercial Valuation Surveyor (1.5 years PQE) - 60 / 40 Commercial / Residential - £57 - 67,500 plus annual bonus - 33% over agreed figure

-Commercial Valuation Surveyor X3– London and home counties – 40% bonus over target – Basic up to £80,000 - six fix OTE
-Residential Surveyor – 4 jobs per week - £85,000 OTE – All London areas considered
-Healthcare Valuation Surveyor X2 - £65,000 - 120k plus bonus – London
-Residential Valuation Surveyor X6 – 5 points per day – London / home counties – short form - remote working – £85-95,000 OTE
-Trading Valuation Surveyor X4 - £65k - 135,000, plus bonus - London
-General practice Surveyor - London - Office based - £60-75,000 basic
-Building Surveyor - Hiring nationwide X7 - No BD - L2's and some L3's (simplified reporting), Remote working - £75-85,000 OTE
-Consultancy MRICS Building Surveyors X9 - Hiring nationwide - 70/30 split towards the Surveyor - L2 and L3 work, zero hour basis
-Head of Building Surveying (professional) - hybrid based - London - Leading a team a two - £70-85,000 plus bonus - £100,000 OTE
-Trainee Head of Building Surveying - hybrid based - London - £70-80,000 - no management experienced required - OTE £90-100,000
-Head of Valuation - (any sector exp. considered) - £77 - 95,000 depending on contacts and track record - £100,000 plus OTE
-MRICS Prime / Super Prime Valuation Surveyor X4 - London and surrounding counties - £50-85,000 plus £10-20k bonus – Strong career progression opportunities
