We are seeking a dedicated Glaucoma Specialist (MD or DO) to join an amazing ophthalmology team. This role requires a skilled surgeon with a focus on glaucoma management who is willing to commute between Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. With a strong emphasis on excellence, the team is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality services while encouraging continuous learning and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of glaucoma surgeries, including SLTs, CPCs, LPIs, MIGs, tubes/shunts, and trabeculectomy. • Provide comprehensive glaucoma care to patients. • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Patient Care: • Expect to see 30-40 or more patients per day, depending on practice and support staff availability. • Benefit from a strong support team, including scribes and technicians, to enhance patient flow. Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive salary based on productivity, with a tiered structure to reward higher levels of performance. • Negotiable sign-on bonus or relocation assistance. • Malpractice insurance coverage provided for W2 employees. • Opportunities for personal investment in the parent company, with options available for shareholders. • 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday Requirements: • Board Certification is required. • Preferred experience in glaucoma surgery; however, we will consider 2026 fellowship graduates and new graduates. • While not mandatory, proficiency in Spanish would be helpful.
