Reporting to the OPEX Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and supervising operational activities across projects. You’ll lead crews and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets quality, safety, productivity, and financial targets.

You’ll bring a combination of technical knowledge, strong planning skills, and a proactive mindset. You’re comfortable working independently in the field and confident collaborating with teams to deliver results.
Several years’ experience in the contracting or infrastructure industry
Proven experience supervising teams and managing site operations
Strong communication and organisational skills
Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
Confident using IT systems for reporting and documentation
NZ Certificate in Infrastructure Works (Site Supervision) or willingness to obtain
