What the job is like

Every day, you will take on challenges that directly impact the excellence of our operations, such as:

  • Maintain a strong presence at the Gemba to support teams, verify processes, deploy, and ensure the correct application of OPEX and GOBS standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (DMAIC, SMED, Kaizen, SPS), ensuring the generation and follow-up of sustainable savings.
  • Act as a facilitator and coach by developing capabilities, training areas, and guiding leaders and teams in the effective use of operational excellence tools.
  • Maintain a tactical and structured approach, aligning the Strategic Plan, Hoshin Kanri, and performance indicators, with constant interaction across the entire plant, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and performance.

Your contribution

To stand out in this role, we are looking for:

  • Industrial, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical Engineers with an intermediate to advanced level of English.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and strong results orientation, with the ability to translate opportunities into high-impact projects and sustainable savings.
  • Hands-on experience in OPEX / Lean / Six Sigma, leading improvement initiatives and supporting teams directly from the Gemba.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to act as a coach, mobilize different areas, and align the organization with GOBS standards.
  • Curiosity, drive, and adaptability, with the courage to challenge the status quo and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
