化粧品製造の充填組立ライン（容器への中身充填、箱詰め）をご担当いただきます。
今回の募集では2022年7月1日の入社を予定しています。
最初の2～3週間で安全教育や品質管理、化粧品製造の基礎知識などの研修プログラムに参加いただきます。
その後、充填箱詰めラインのオペレーションチームの一員としてまずは立ち上げをお願いします。※現在はテスト稼働の段階です。
すでに入社して立ち上げを行っているメンバーと共に意見を出し合いながら、まずは本稼働、そして量産体制へという目標に向かって、一緒に取り組んでいただきた
いと思います。
その後、来年、再来年と多くのメンバーをお迎えする予定ですので、教育担当として育成をしていっていただきたいと思います。
さらに、安定稼働後も、継続的な改善活動を現場主体で行っていく原動力となっていただきたいと思っています。
