募集部門の紹介

大阪工場製造部では、法令に基づいた高品質の製品を患者にお届けすべく、製剤の製造、充填、検査、包装といった専門機能別組織体制をとっています。また、新たな設備、機材等の導入も進めており、名実ともにイノベーティブな製造組織を目指して日々進化しています。

＜学歴＞

高卒以上（高専・大卒以上が望ましい）

＜職務経験＞
製造経験までは必須で求めていませんが、次の＜その他＞で記載する項目を満たす方を求めています。

• 基本的なPCソフトへの入力操作（ワード、エクセル等）は必須です。

• 製造工程の経験者、注射剤製造や無菌工程経験者は大歓迎です。

＜その他＞

• 医薬品生産業務従事者として、責任ある行動が取れる方や製造設備の機械操作が苦にならない方が望ましいです。

• 武田薬品大阪工場に通勤可能な方

• 意欲的・積極的に学ぶ姿勢をお持ちの方

• 協調性があり、チームワークを大切にする方

• 体力に自信がある方（クリーンルーム内での作業あり）

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

• Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
