HRSI is looking for Operator Staff for one its leading client
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor industrial machines/equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Start up and shut down machinery safely and efficiently.
Ensure continuous and smooth operation of assigned machines/production lines.
Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting tasks under supervision.
Keep accurate logs of machine performance, downtime, and maintenance.
Identify and report equipment issues to maintenance or engineering teams.
Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations strictly.
Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of machinery (if applicable).
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
Participate in regular training and skill-upgrading sessions
Experience:
Fresh DAE graduates may be considered for trainee or junior operator roles
