Our Rosemount, MN facility is in need of an Operator-Scrap Bale to join our team! We are looking to fill our 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm) Monday - Friday. • Empty scrap containers.

• Empty containers on the production floor.

• Bale all scrap.

• Keep inventory of baling wire, all types of glue and hot melt.
• Keep the work area clean and fill out the cleaning log.
• Load scrap trucks.
• Help bring in poly or paper to the tubing department with the forklift when needed.
• Work other jobs as instructed by the Supervisor or Lead Person.

• Any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure continuity of production.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

• Ability to bend, twist and kneel.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand continuously for 2 – 3 hours.
• Ability to perceive colors.
• Must have manual dexterity.
