Job Description

Operator Production position operates equipment in accordance with the relevant work standards and procedures to stably produce products that meet specifications. In order to secure the operation of production process conditions and process efficiency, the operating conditions of equipment and utility operations for each product must be properly performed, and information and problems occurring during the production process must be recorded/reported to suggest areas for improvement. In addition, the position identifies safety risk factors occurring during production activities and actively participates in improvement activities.
Operator Production 직책은 해당 작업표준 및 절차에 따라 설비를 운전하여 규격에 부합하는 제품을 안정적으로 생산하는 역할을 합니다. 생산 공정 조건 운영 및 공정 효율성을 확보하기 위해 제품별 기기 운영 조건 및 유틸리티 운영 등을 적절히 수행하여야 하며, 생산 과정에서 발생되는 정보 및 문제점을 기록 / 보고 하여 개선점을 제안합니다. 또한 생산활동에서 발생되는 안전 위험 요소를 파악하고 개선 활동에 적극 참여합니다.

Responsibilities(책임)
Requirements for production activities (common)

• Produce products in compliance with work standards and procedures
• Manage and monitor main product production processes.
• Participate in process improvement activities to improve productivity
• Participate in improvement activities to achieve production and process goals
• Monitor and manage key production indicators and progress
• Take necessary on-site response measures to ensure process flow and production stability
• Participate in other required education/activities/training, etc.

• 작업표준 및 절차를 준수하여 제품을 생산
• 주요 제품 생산 프로세스에 대한 관리 및 모니터링.
• 생산성 향상을 위한 프로세스 개선 활동 참여

• 주요 생산 지표 및 진행 사항 모니터링 관리
• 공정 흐름 및 생산 안정성을 확보를 위한 필요 현장 대응 조치

Process/equipment operation capabilities required for production activities (LEVEL classification)

• L 1~4: Operation capabilities of equipment by major process (milling/fusing/mixing/packing)
• L 1~4: Utilities management/condition control capabilities required for production (Gas/Compressed air/Cooling water..)
• L 1~4: Emergency response capabilities for process abnormalities, etc.
• L 1~4: Process condition control and response capabilities by product
• L 1~4: Job technical capabilities (based on length of service and experience)
• L 1~4: Operation capabilities of production equipment and facilities

제조활동에 요구되는 공정/설비 운영 능력

• L 1~4 : 주요 공정별 기기 운영 능력(milling/fusing/mixing/packing)
• L 1~4 : 생산에 필요한 유틸리티 관리/ 조건 컨트롤 능력(Gas/ Compressed air / Cooling water..)
• L 1~4 : 공정 이상 등의 비상조치 대응 능력
• L 1~4 : 제품별 공정조건 컨트롤 및 대응 능력
• L 1~4 : 직무 기술 능력(근속 및 경험에 따른)
• L 1~4 : 생산 장비 및 설비의 운전 능력

• Participate in education and training: Safety / Production / Activities
• Participate in the activities related to implementation of safety accident prevention and risk factor removal
• Participate in regular team activities for process and safety improvement

Basic Qualifications (기본자격)

• No restrictions on production process activities and possess the ability to understand the process
• Those who have completed general mandatory education
• Must be able to comply with and implement company regulations (e.g. work standards, safety management, guidelines, etc)
• Available to work in shift including night shift
• 생산 공정 활동에 필요한 제약이 없고 공정에 대한 이해 능력 보유
• 일반적인 의무교육 이수한 사람
• 회사 규정을 준수하고 이행할 수 있어야 함_작업표준/안전관리/지침 등
• 교대근무에 제약이 없을 것
  

Preferred Qualifications (선호되는 추가 자격)

• Experience in manufacturing processes and production operator experience
• Qualifications to operate equipment required for the process, such as forklifts
• 제조 공정의 경험 및 생산 오퍼레이터 경험자
• 지게차 등 공정에 필요한 장비 운영 자격 보유자

• Ability to understand and implement work standards
