This position is for LCP project, based at Nanjing NCIP, shift-work mode, each shift 12 hours.
The main purpose of this position is:
Make in-spec product per production schedule, without harming people or environment and without reliability issues through:
•Operating the process facilities following SOP, instructions and good processing practices•Front line process knowledge to monitor, forecast, report, mitigate, solve or escalate issues that could impact the 4 principles.
1. Conduct routine rounds (SQRE) and proactively report, mitigate and solve emerging issues
Monitor production process (e.g. DCS, gauges …)
2. Emergency response to loss of utilities;
3. LOTO equipment and turn over to maintenance for repairs and participate in return to service of equipment
4. Cooperate with others to start up and shutdown of process equipment in a safe manner ;
5. Perform work in accordance to Conduct of Operations for proper hand-offs with other workgroups
6. Collects process samples for analysis
7. Investigate and troubleshoot abnormal operations.
8. Operate field equipment (e.g. valves, pumps) to perform operations tasks per SOP, SOC, special instructions (e.g. filter changes, bagging, manual activities, additions …)
9. Shift handover and takeover
10. Attend training to improve and maintain production processes as required
11. Provide inputs to improve work related SOPs
12. Generates ideas and improvement projects
13. In toolbox meeting, proactively share ideas, recognize peers, summary post work reflection and raise remindings for in-coming shift team members
1. Senior high school or above, or technical secondary school major in chemical;
2. Basic knowledge of chemical equipment, such as pump, valve, instrument, chemical plant front line working experience;
3. Willing to learn and have quick learning capability;
4. Collaborate and communicate effectively;
5. Situation adaptability
