Responsibilities:

职位概述 (Job Summary)

负责生产线设备的日常操作、维护，确保生产过程顺利进行，达到生产目标和质量标准。

岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities)

1. 严格按照生产操作规程，对生产设备进行启动、运行、监控和停机操作。
2. 负责生产过程中的数据记录、报表填写，确保数据准确无误。
3. 对生产设备进行日常巡检，发现并及时上报设备故障和异常情况。
4. 协助生产主管进行设备维护保养，确保设备处于良好运行状态。
5. 严格遵守公司安全生产规章制度，确保生产安全，做好现场5S管理。
6. 完成上级交办的其他生产相关工作。

任职要求 (Job Qualifications)

1. 中专及以上学历，机械、化工、自动化等相关专业优先。
2. 1年以上生产车间操作经验，有油脂化工行业经验者优先。
3. 熟悉生产设备的操作流程和安全规范。
4. 具备基本的设备故障判断和处理能力。
5. 身体健康，能够适应倒班工作，有良好的团队合作精神和责任心。
6. 具备较强的学习能力和执行力。
