The Position

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Conduct material and finished product inspections in compliance with GMP regulations, ensuring standardized receiving procedures and detailed documentation.
  • Conduct inspections of materials (including printed packaging materials) in accordance with relevant regulations to ensure their timeliness and accuracy. Meanwhile, with regard to the management of printed packaging materials, strictly eliminate any situations of confusion and errors.
  • Regulate the loading and unloading of materials and store them orderly.
  • Distribute materials accurately in compliance with production schedules and requisition needs to ensure continuous supply.
  • Operate the transfer of goods between the internal warehouse and the external warehouse in accordance with the regulations.
  • Standardize the management of status identification, and strictly prevent confusion and errors.
  • Master the operation of the SAP system in accordance with the regulations, ensure the integrity of the data, and ensure that the inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the cleanliness of the warehouse, pest control, and ensure compliant operations.
  • Be responsible for the management of external personnel and keys, ensuring warehouse security with timely reporting of abnormalities.
  • Be responsible for the management of rejected materials and coordinate with QC for sampling activities.
  • Report the issue in accordance with regulations, documenting the processes and providing feedback to the supervisor.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to meet company objectives and departmental requirements.

Qualification and Experience

Education/Qualifications

  • Senior high school or Technical school or above;
  • Forklift license and Driver license.

Job Required Competencies

  • Professional skills;
  • Familiar with GMP regulation;
  • 3 years working experience in warehouse;
  • Computer skills;
  • Grasp in using Office software, Eg, Word, Excel, SAP.
