What You'll Be Doing:
Responsible for reading, understanding, and following assembly processes.
Can assist in the setup of test equipment, leak tester and/or tensile tester, can leak test cuffs and run another test as required.
Must be able to perform routine assembly operations, including soldering, using RTVS (room temperature vulcanization silicone), epoxies and can fold, label and box product.
Must be able to use measurement equipment or can learn.
Must have good verbal and written skills, can keep records, has basic problem-solving skills and able to train and work with a diverse group of people and maintain a positive attitude.
Must be able to lift 40lbs while utilizing proper lifting techniques.
Must be able to work in various positions: standing, sitting and be able to work on repetitive jobs.
Must consistently meet all productivity and quality requirements.
Must be self-motivated and require little supervision.
Must demonstrate good judgment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
What You'll Bring:
A high school diploma or equivalency as well as 1 year (minimum) of successful experience in assembly/related functional area is required.
You must have good mechanical dexterity/eyesight, be able to read, write and use basic math; maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks.
The successful candidate is able to adapt to a changing work environment, including increased automation, change in production methods or sequences and rotation among workstations.
You must be able to work well with others and actively participate in team problem-solving activities.
You may be requested to work overtime, as needed.
Physical Requirements:
The worker is required to have natural or corrected near-distance visual acuity of 20/25 and the ability to differentiate between colors.
Be able to lift 40lbs and work in various positions: standing, sitting, and working on repetitive jobs/assemblies.
