Your Role: Operator I - Packaging

As a Operator I - Packaging, you will support manufacturing operations by packaging products in line with established procedures, quality standards, and daily production goals. In this role, you will inspect packaged products, record production and batch data, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while collaborating with production and logistics teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Package products carefully in line with established procedures and quality standards to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Inspect packaged products for correct packaging and damage, and report deviations in line with the quality policy.
  • Record production numbers and batch numbers in line with internal administrative guidelines.
  • Keep the workplace and equipment clean and organized in line with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work efficiently with colleagues and production and logistics teams to achieve packaging goals and meet deadlines.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Experience with product packaging, packaging quality inspection, and accurate production or batch data recording in line with procedures and quality standards.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
  • Experience maintaining work areas and equipment to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Experience collaborating with production and logistics teams to meet output goals and deadlines.
